Ex = integral (from pie/2 to pie ) dE *SinQ 
By defiition of charge per unit length 
∫ππ2∫ππ2∫π
Lmbda = q/ (pie/2)*R
dq = Lambda* R*dQ
Ex = K* lambda/R
Etotal = 2*Ex
=> k*2lambda/R
=> 4Kq/PieR2
so, option A is correct.
