The maximum energy is posessed by an electron when it is present ina.nucleusb.ground statec.first excited stated.infinite distance from nucleus The maximum energy is posessed by an electron when it is present ina.nucleusb.ground statec.first excited stated.infinite distance from nucleus
@ sneha option no 3 turns out to be the correct option , as in ground state it cannot have maximum energy beacuse its bound by the nucleaus , and in frst exited state it will have maximum energy as when it will gain some energy , only then it will able to go to the first excited state . and infinity distance is not possible in the case of electron . HOPE IT CLEARS ALL THE BEST ..
