yes , there is a chance with your catagory rank but with the state rank there is no chance. 
so, in u.p the catagory seats are going to be filled with the catagory rank , and also u have domicile their , so, u can get a lower level medical college as expected from the last year trend . 
ELSE , U CAN TRY WITH BDS , THAT U WILL GET EASILY , AND THEY HAVE DEMAND NOW A DAYS ALSO ..
