For admission to the MBBS and BDS courses into the Medical and Dental colleges in India. According to MCI information on April 30, 2014, there are around 381 MBBS Colleges in India. The total seats in these colleges are 50,078. In addition to this, the Union Cabinet has approved increasing of 15,000 MBBS seats at various medical colleges across the country last year.The cut off score for AIPMT 2014 is the minimum score i.e required to take part in counseling. The cut-off mark varies as per the category. However, the top colleges accept only high marks for admission. The opening and closing rank to these top colleges are very high as per the previous year data.
