Yes , in NEET 2013 it happened but not in aipmt .
the reason is aipmt reserve 15 percent seats only in every medical colleges , but NEET will reserve 100 percent seats .
and also private colleges are included in neet .
and also the colleges like CMC VELLORE, LUDHIANA ETC . they conducted their separate entrance test last year , but they included in NEET this year .
thatswhy neet cutoff are generally low .
but that will not affect the admission into govt colleges .
for govt colleges , doing mbbs , u need to score min . 480 + in NEET and in case of pmt its 520 + .
