Sir/ma`am, I am getting 509 marks in neet 1 & I am in obc category. Is there any chance to get admission in any top college in odisha or in south India for MBBS? Is there any need for me to give neet 2?

yes, your scores are quite good , but if u are aspiring a govt college in orissa , then the lowest cutoff may go 520 this year due to the easy paper , 
but u can get private college wth this score , and if govt college , u can get in other states , in orissa chances are there in 2^nd or 3^rd round councelling .. 
AND i think probably attending NEET ph 2 will be better beacuise u can get enough time to read specially for it , but think twice before taking any decision as the scores of neet ph 1 will not be valid after that . 
if u are confident enough to score 520-530 then go for neet ph 2 , otherwise not .
