Sir i filled the neet form of 2017 and paid the fees through debit card and on the conformation page there is transaction id card number and payment. Do i need something more as a fees proof ?

once you completed payment , u can generate the conformation page , and also the option to download the application form . 
once u have the application form in downloadable format , no need to do anything else .
