Sir I am getting 351 marks in neet 2 .I am a sc candidate. Can I get a govt medical college for MBBS anywhere in India or in up.can you tell me the college name.I will be highly obliged. Pls reply.

YES , u can aspire for a govt college if any catagory is attached to your name , but that will be low rank college ,that will be in your homestate onl;y . 
and try for AFMC PUNE (AIR FORCE MEDICAL COLLEGE ) if they will accept it in 2^nd or 3^rd round councelling . 
but getting a good govt college requires 400 marks and above for ST , so, chances seems less for MBBS seats of top notch colleges . 
IF U HAVE PATIENCE AND HAVE CONFIDNCE TO DO WELL , THEN U CAN DROP 1 YEAR FOR BETTER PREPARATION .
