Sir for today only 100 seat are there for sc girl category .and my counseling is due on 8 sep.now can you pls tell me with my sc up category rank 2495 can I get any govt college in up.and for girls only 12 seats in govt medical college kannauj. Now can you pls tell me whether I could get govt medical college in up. Pls sir reply me

chances seems less for MBBS , as 100 seats are left and you have 1 more days for councelling , the seat in u.p will filled up very soon , like 60-70 seats per day , 
but still we cannot guarentee that , as spot round may be their . 
so, try your luck upto last . 
but as of now chances are very less for MBBS , u can try for BDS if u are intrested with any other college . otherwise go with private one , but it may cost you more .
