Yes , u might get , as this is NEET , and not AIPMT , but govt college is very hard thing to get with this rank , but private college for sure , if u will get then it will be a descent college of lower rank, 
and kindly let me know , this 44,000 is your SC rank or its  crl RANK , 
and from where u got this rank (source of rank predictor )
