Secondary XYlem is produced by DEDIFFERENTIATION.A differentiated cell can regain its capacity for cell division under certain conditions. This phenomenon is called dedifferentiation.

All others are produced by differentiation of meristematic tissue into permanent tissue. These are mature cells which have stopped dividing.
