no ,you may be qualified but that does not mean you can get seat in mbbs. even if you have category attached that wont fetch you any seat with such bad score .you can try with management quota if you r rich because minimum fess through it is 12 lac per year or else drop a year only if you r ready to work hard otherwise it would also be time pass.
