My score is coming around 340-350 in NEET 2017. Is there a hope of getting into any medical college anywhere? I am from genral category.

Sorry dear, there are very very less chances that you will get any government seat for MBBS in any college. I am very very sorry for this. But you have still some time. If you had applied for exams like AIIMS and JIPMER you can crack them
But with this score of NEET chance of getting a college are nearly negligible
