my question is regarding the scores..

Q: is it so, that the qualifying score in pmt is 50%

in aggregate of all the three subjects, or 50% in each subject??

there is nothing linke qualifying score in pmt is 50 percent , there is certain board exam percentage requires to give pmt examination , that is 60 percent aggregrate in 3 subject for general ,a nd 50 percent aggregrate in 3 subject for sc/st . 
not the PMT was replaced by NEET , and in NEET as all govt as well as private colleges are participating then the cutoff will go low this year . 
so, there is no 50 percent criteria for the aipmt qualifying cutoff , althouth prev year the cutoff was 460 ,
