Lysine is least soluble in water in the pH range???

At a specific pH the positive and negative charges will balance and the net charge will be zero. This pH is called the isoelectric point, and for most proteins. A protein has its lowestsolubilityat its isoelectric point.

Dear Student,
Lysine is least soluble in water in the pH range 6 to 7. This is essentially because lysine is an amino acid, and is basic in nature
