E1 = -13.6 eV, E2 = -4.4 eV , E3 = -1.51eV, E4= -0.85eV. so ratio of of E2-E1/E4-E3 = 10.2/0.66 = 15.5. Hope it clears. If still u have doubts then please clarify. If u like answer then please approve the answer.
