dear student 
no , as of now , these are out of syllabus . 
they asked 2 ques regarding this in neet 2017 , they are by mistake , and they will not repeat the same in 2018 , thatswhat i think . 
BTW , that two are very small portion , combined to be 3-4 pages , so, read that when u have free time , just for sake of knowledge .
