h2so4 is more concentrated than hcl because on breaking h2so4 will result in following
H2SO4=2H++SO42-
WHILE HCL WILL GIVE 
HCL=H++CL-
SO 98%H2SO4 WILL RESUL IN 3 MOLE OF IONS WHILE HCL WILL RESULT IN 2 MOLE OF IONS SO H2SO4 IS MORE CONCENTRATED
