yes there are many medical college in guj were u can get but what is the caste....my friend got 310 in neet and got the addmission in guj goverment gollege as MBBS ok not to worry be relax and focous of AIIMS exam .

I belongs to open caste and I m taking just about the government seats and not even semi gov and self finance...

you get a government college and seeing the scenario of present year cut off will fall down. So don`t worry and for now focus on your aiims.. all the best.. regards.. radha
