i have scored 191 in NEET and percentile of 64.03 percentile AIR 1,20,000.. can i get a medical seat in any medical college .. then how should i aproach to it .. ??

i am sorry , there are nearly 55,000 govt medical seats are there in india , and with this much rank u donot have any chance for mbbs , if u want u can approach for prvatecolleges . 
but the fee structure will be more there . otherwise go for ayurvedic and homepathic study . 
else , drop this year and try again this year .
