See dear, we cannot make a statement tat surely and surely you will get a seat as all depends on official cutoff . We and everyone who is answering such questions is saying all about on the basis of last year trends.
As per as last year trends you can get a seat surely.But still again no one can answer this with 100% surity wihout officials
