Practice as much as u can , there are no limitation of the no of mock test that u are taking ,. the more you will practice , the more score u will get . 
And as u already got over 530 in NEET 1 , then thats also a great score , even try to learn from the mistakes in neet 1 , and try donot to repeat those mistakes again . and keep the neet 1 paper with you and practice the simmilar type of question from that also . 
beacuse cbse will try to make things from it only , the same thing happened in 2015 AIPMT retest also . "
so, try to do atleast last 5 years paper , and atleast 10 mock test based upon the neet pattern . 
and that too real time practice , take a xerox copy of OMR sheet and start attempting the paper from their . 
in that , u can easily know that how much time actually u are spending in that case .
