I am studying biology from ncert snd doing previous years questions.Is there a chance that i can score in range of 340-350 in biology in neet and please give me a list of important chapters of physics and chemistry for neet to score above 100 in both subjects.

no , reading only ncert and solving prev year paper will not give you above 260 . 
ncert is just the besics , u need to construct advance level concepts , even in some chapter NEET ask ques outside of ncert , and aiims also , 
so, u can take out diffrent magazines like BIOLOGY SPECTRUM AND BIOLOGY FOR YOU , by mtg and arihant , 
and also , the package by askiitians .

2- eqiuilibrium 
3- solutions , 
4- alcohol , phenol and ethers , and nomenclature 
5- reaction intermediate . 
6- thermodynamics 
7- chemical bonding , and st of atom . 
PHY 
1- ROTATIONAL MOTION 
2- rigid body dynamics 
3-=electrostatics 
4- magnetism and AC 
just do these chap and u can get 100 easily .
