for exam ncert z best specially bio and for chem and phy u have to solve maximum no of questions and u can do it from any book but i prefer ncert exampler and ncert at fingertips for every subject

NCERT books are best for BIO & chemistry preperation. But you should also consider mock test papers & giving you clear idea about the syllabus you should concentrate.
