as from the next year 10,000 more seats added for neet and neet will be the common medical entrance exams .
so, for a general candidate u need at least 510 to get into a govt colleges for MBBS course , for BDS it will be around 480-490
and if any kind of catagory attached in your name then it will drop down to 410-420
