for biology do only ncert but be serious about it and you should know meaning of each and every term mentioned in ncert. for physics you can buy hc verma along with ncert. for chemistry you can prefer iit chemistry book by op tandon along with ncert.
if you do ncert books of all the three subjects then also you can get a good rank
