check what is your weak and strong point , generally medical students are strong in biology , so, use it on your benifit , by this assumption i am giving the time table .
morning 5;30 – waking up
5;30-6;30 – do the meditation / exercise
6;30 – 7;00 – ready for coaching class
7;30 – 12;30 – full attention to the coaching ,
12;45; – 1;10 – mid day meals ( i have considered transport time here _)
1;10 – 2;10 – rest
2;20 – 4;30 – PHYSICS ( revision of concept )
4;30 – 5;00 – break
5;00 – 7;30-  CHEMISTRY( TAKE 2 DAYS IN A WEEK FOR PHYSICAL , 2 DAYS FOR INORGANIC , AND 3 DAYS FOR ORGANIC )
7;30 – 7;45- BREAK
7;45- 8;30 – previous year ques practice  ( only mcq of phy nd chemi that u studied )
8;30 – 8;45 – break
8;45 – 10;15 – BIOLOGY
10; 15 – 10;35 – BREAK
10;35- 10;55 – BIOLOGY PREV YEAR PRACTICE ,
 11;00 – 5;25 – sleep ( if u req more than that u can adjust )
HOPE IT HELPS
ALL THE BEST ..

i think you can score in physics by practicing some concept based questions.along with that if you gain good scores in chemistry and biology you can crack neet exam.practice more mcqs also
