Can you tell me how to prepare for biology in 4 months for neet ?

you are in less time , so, u cannot do that in detail . 
as of now , just practice prev year paper , and read imp chapters from ncert , like morphology of flowering plant , anatomy , st organisation , reproduction in flowering plant , etc . 
and also take out our test series , that will help you , u need to attend mock test of the topics everyday , 
remember theory is nothing , u will forget all without proper practice .
