ECos(alpha) = 2pCosQ/4*pie*epselon*r^3
Esin(alpha) = psinQ/ 4*pie*epselon*r^3
Q+ (alpha) = 90 
Q= 90 - (alpha)
TanQ = Cot(alpha)
TanQ = sqrt2
