Why is CH3-OH more acidic than H2O? Please explain with reason.

Dear Abhishek
It cant be explained by +I effect or conjugate base theory.
It can only be explained by the bond energy of 'O-H' bond . Due to methyl group this bond is weak so easily break to into CH3O(-) where as bond energy in H2O is more hence H2O is more basic then methyl alcohol.
Also remember, science is made to explain experimental observations. And, I say this from personal experience, most of the time, logic fails in organic chemistry.
