from 2014 , aiims started conducting the exam on online slot . , so, its not possible to provide the ques paper of the same from 2014 . 
but still some books its given as the 2014 and 2015 ques paper , i dnt know wheather that will be true aiims ques paper or not , also from where they have taken . 
TAKE MTG AIIMS EXPLORER , THERE U CAN GET PROBEBLY 2014 AND 2015 QUES PAPER , 
and whatever ques are given in askiitian , are sufficient for prep , practice all prev year paper given on askiitian , take 3-4 mock test based on aiims level .

SORRY BUT DUE TO ONLINE CONDUCTION OF EXAMS FROM 2014 THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE.
BUT STILL IN SOME BOOKS PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTIONS ARE THERE AND YOU CAN BUY THEM FROM AMAZON
