Let abcd a parallelogram and draw de, on ab and df on bc. Now de =12 and df=x cm now find ar of abcd as bc base and again but ab base, two area Comes out since the area would be same because that is the area of same parallelogram. So that de=bc, bc=af, X=12*24/28=16.
