Dear Abhishek
In Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex when Pyruvate converts to Acetyl CoA, 1 NADH molecule is produced for one molecule of pyruvate. One NADH = 3 ATPIn krebs cycle 1 acetyl CoA releases 3 NADH, 1 FADH2 which will enter ETS. One FADH2 = 2 ATP. this makes up 11 ATP (3*3+ 1*2)Total ATp produced by ETC from one molecule of 3-Phosphoglycerate is =11+3 =14 ATP

If we talk about Total no of ATP prouced only by chemiosmosis then the number will be 141. In glycolysis after 3-phosphoglycerate step, as you can see ATP is produced directly from substrate .So through chemiosmosis no ATP is produced in glycolysis after 3- phosphogycerate is oxidised.
