Dear student 
Here H3PO4 lose two H+ to form Na2HPO4, therefore n factor is 2.
eq wt = mol wt / n factor
Eq wt = 98/2 = 49
For Na2HPO4, it acts as a acid but now can lose only 1 H+ , so n factor is 1 here 
Eq wt = 142/1 =142
