So Anna.. You are in 11 so you are left with ample time before the medical entrances. Study for 6 hours a day, giving each subject 2 hours. (Phy 2 hrs chem 2 hrs and bio 2 hrs).. learn and revise atleast 10 chapters of every subject per week and solve mcqs on those chapters per week. Remember ..self study is the key to success..good luck
