yes buddy why not but the thing is u dont have to loose hope and do hardwork without thinking of the result
the thing is these olympiads does not matter
i hv been qualified for scond level of nso in class 11 with 32 on 60 marks what happened? nothing it does not matter u are qualified nso!!!!!
so relax and keep focus on your studies!!!!!

donot worry , NSO is just to check your understanding level . 
and frst of all try to clear your besics for aiims , that u have to do in class 10th itself , else , once u moved to class 11th , then u have to start serious preparation for aiims , so, u will not get time to clear the besics at that time , 
so, do that now , and as of now , no need to worry about aiims , start prep from class 11th onwards .
