its too late to start , u should have to do it earlier , its ok for NEET , but for aiims , the seats are very covated their . 
if u have started now , then just remember – ncert is your bible , do study it everyday , and i could guarentee you that the assertion reason type ques in aiims ( 60 ques ) are totally from the lifted lines of ncert . and nearly 50 percent of the neet paper this year was from ncert concepts .
