go to the aiims mbbs site ,there put your candidate i.d and password and also a captha , which will be written at the downside , then u can see your dashboard with the photograph , 
then in that section , on the laft side , there is a option of RESULT at the end , click on that , u will be redirected to the result page , there u can find all the details . like your percentile , rank and also roll no are written there , and then check with the councelling list with your roll no. 
IF NOT GETTING THEN CONTACT AIIMS OFFICIAL , 
AND U CAN ALSO VIEW ADMIT CARD OPTION IN THAT PROBVABLY .
