The looks interesting due to its options. It’s C option is correct because we know iif this distance would be l/2 then answer would be option A but this distance is l/4 so answer must be more than A as flux is ∫E.ds here ds is same but E is increased due to it is inversely proportional to R2 .So answer is option C . Also it can’t exceed q/e because it is through a closed spherical surface and given surface is smaller than that spherical gaussian surface.
