\nu \lambda =c
\nu =\frac{c}{\lambda }
d\nu =\frac{-cd\lambda}{\lambda ^2}
         d\nu =\frac{-3*10^8*0.2*10^{-9}}{(600*10^{-9})^2}
            =1.67*10^{11}Hz
