Hi..
The seat which you will be getting by the SC or any category rank will be different from the seat that you will be getting if you use just the Common Rank. So, if you belong to any specific category other than the general category, the category rank may be helpful since there will be more chances of getting a better seat.

For the sake of admission CRL is considered and category rank is meant for relaxation,...........so, you better try CRL first and if it does not help then you may claim seat on the basis of category [if required].....otherwise so many colleges and universitries have cropped up for past couple of years and they have earned a very good image in a very short period, you may try any of those in getting admission, like – PES Uni, Bangalore,......Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,........Inderprastha Uni, Delhi,.........JJTU Rajasthan
