Even for extra spot round NIT durgapur cutfoo would be around 1,80,000. So chances are minimal.

As you got 115 in jee its too hard to get in NIT durgapur.Its too dificult to get desired course also,As you secured 94% in CBSE.then there are many universities which offer you desired course and scholarship so that you could save money.
the Universities which avail these facilities are
BITS,SASRA,Lovely Professional University,THAPAR.
