IT at NIT Surathkal and Allahabad is definitely better as all the CS companies that come for placement open for both CS and IT and it is the college that will determine better companies. So, go for NIT Surathkal and Allahabad.

iiit allahbad and nit suratkal are best collegs amonf ur choics in all aspects infrastructure , placements , environment etc , so u must go for any one of them , also comapnies offer good package in it  stream also
as generally students had opinion that it is bad stream but its just sub part of cse
