His rank will be not good as his jee main score is very low, he may get some decent college , may be new nits due to his high board marks.

Due to low score he will not be able to have a good govt college. But when moving on a path in which chance of getting the seats are low at that time you should have other options on the other hand. As your % is quit good , you can get into international university like Lovely Professional University , VIT by going through an entrance exam you can have a good scholarship too.
