You must go for Computer science in UIET(PANJAB UNIVERSITY) over Aeronautical engineering at PEC as the demand and market value of computer science is far more apt and acceptable now a days. You can go for Aeronautical if your core interest lies with the subject that you just want to be an aeronautical engineer and nothing else, then the answer is obvious rest you can go with the above mentioned tehnique.
