dear sai sumith 
donot worry about that part , at first they will provide , you 5-6 rough sheet booklet ., 
then in case u want extra , just inform the invigilator , they will give you as many as u want . 
jee make sure student should get ample no of sheets for exams .

You will get as many as rough sheets you want...
You will get Unlimited number of rough sheets for Computer-based exam ONLY...
In-case of a Paper-based exam... 
I think, You will not get any rough sheet...
And you need not even take a pen with you...
You will be Provided one.
