percentile of 12th class marks is taken intoconsideration in JEE MAINS.

Though many things differ from board to board.

In Jee just the score of +2 are considered, and the test score gives you rankings according to which seats are allotted, so, do well, and keep an eye on the counselling rounds schedule, may be you make it there, else try at some other places like – Siddaganga Inst of Tech, Tumkur,....................Lovelty Professional Uni, Phagwara,....................College of Engg, Trivandrum,.....................NSS College of Engg, Palakkad
