Requirement of possiblity of fourth round of counselling is only when, if there any vacant seats.. But don&rsquo;t rely upon fourth round of counselling...

Fourth round is conducted to cover up the vacant seats and if there are still some vacant seats then spot round is conducted to give an opportunity to those who could not make in first three rounds,.....all the institutions mentioned by you are at par,.....if you get a good inst along with your desired branch, well and good, els you may try seeking admission at some other renowned institutions like – Techno India Uni, Kolkata,..............lovely professional Uni, Phagwara,............BHU, Varanasi,...............GAlgotias Uni, Greater Noida
