CIVIL ofcourse at MNNIT there shud be no doubt about that
bits-pilani is much better than mnnit-allahbad in placement. though the manufacturing is not as much good as civil but u should still go for bits pilani as it is one of the best engg. college in india and thus u can get much better placement there than mnnit.

see placement records of mnnit is also eqully great...you cant commpare these two institutes becuase they are good in their own senses...bits pilani has unmatchable electrical,electronics and chemical branches whereas MNNIT is the same for CSE,MECH,IT AND CIVIL..last year a fb gave 1.33 crore at MNNIT and average of cse was over 9 lakh so one cant say that MNNIT has poorer placements w.r.t BITS whatever the difference is the infrastructure and that will improve since the goverment funding has almost doubled to 100 cr p.a.
