My doubt is that Home state quota is filled through AIR or State rank?
Can I get NIT ALLAHABAD under Home State Quota if my STATE RANK is 4,000.

Home quota 50% reserved u will get advantage Home state rank holders in que for 50% reserved home qota.
Admission is done only through AIR. State Rank is only a statistical Data.
Dont know why they provide it.
